Operation THREE (V)
Three miles at a time, until you can’t.
Overview
Operation THREE is the second step in the Green Beret Fitness Number Series. It tests repeatability under load. Distance stays fixed. Weight increases. Failure is inevitable.
The Standard
Complete consecutive 3 mile blocks.
Each block must be completed within 1 hour.
Every new block begins on the hour.
Add weight after each completed block.
A minimum of 5 consecutive blocks is required.
Total minimum distance: 15 miles in 5 hours.
The challenge ends the moment you fail to complete a block inside the hour.
