Six miles. Constant interruption. No relief.

 

Distance is fixed.
Work is constant.
The clock never lets up.

 

Mission

Complete 6 miles while meeting repeated work demands on a fixed time cycle.
Maintain discipline under fatigue.

 

Execution

  • Ruck 6 miles

  • Every 6 minutes, stop and complete:

    • 6 thrusters

    • 6 sit-ups

    • 6 push-ups

  • Work intervals occur at 6, 12, 18, 24 minutes, and so on

  • Continue this cycle until all 6 miles are complete

 

The six-minute cycle never stops

 

Tiers

  • CSS, 10 lb ruck

  • CS, 20 lb ruck

  • Combat, 30 lb ruck

  • Commando, 36 lb ruck

 

Movement Standards

  • Thrusters performed holding the ruck

  • Sit-ups are bodyweight

  • Push-ups are bodyweight, except Commando

  • Commando, push-ups performed with ruck on back

 

Standards

  • All reps must be completed at every 6-minute interval

  • Intervals cannot be delayed or skipped

  • Distance must be completed in full

All challenges are completed on the honor system.

 

Recognition

  • Completion earns the Operation SIX (V) patch

  • Tier achieved may be recorded

 

Skull & Daggers

Complete all six Number Series challenges at Commando level to qualify.

 

Notes

  • Challenges may be attempted multiple times

  • Only honest completions count

  • You are responsible for your own safety
