Situation

Green Beret Fitness is back with Operation ENDURE, but this time it’s different - California vs Virginia. Amp Association in California vs LFT Gym VB in Virginia.

BOTH locations doing the same 24 workouts in 24 hours. On the hour. Every hour. The only difference being the 3 hour time difference so CA will start at 9am and VA will start at 12 noon.

• Most workouts will be conducted as a pair. If you can’t find anyone crazy enough to be your partner, we will assign you one at the start.
• Workouts will be issued on the day. Prepare for the unknown.

• All workouts will be scalable - you do not need to be a Games Athlete to compete in this event.
• This event is predominantly about fun, ENDURING the difficulties, and growing as an individual and team.

Mission

Every hour, a new workout will be released and each pair will complete that workout. Between workouts you will have time to eat, rest, hydrate, or whatever you desire.

Execution

In your pairs, you will complete each workout before resting and administering yourself. Your team will be able to rest in the gym between each workout. Some events will be entirely indoor based, some may be outdoor, others may be a combination of both.

Some of the workouts may be scored and winners will be announced.

This event is a GBF Dog Tag earning event for all finishers.

Service Support

- Dress. Multiple changes of clothes are strongly advised due to the duration.

- Equipment.

Mandatory Kit:

• Bag of Dry Dog Food or Cat Food 40+ lbs (male) / 30+ lbs (female).

This food will be used during the event, then donated to a local animal shelter to help the valuable work these shelter do.

Suggested Kit:

• Workout gear (gloves, knee sleeves, tape, jump-rope, wrist straps etc)
• Blister prevention kit
• Water
• Food
• Sleeping system (sleeping bag, roll mat, pillow)
• Changes of clothes
• Ear plugs + spare set for sleep
• Eye mask for sleep
• Phone charger cable
• Power bank to charge your phone

- Rations. There will be water provided at the gym. You may have the opportunity to leave and buy food between workouts but we advise bringing food / snacks to last you the entire 24 hours.

- Medical. A simple personal first aid kit for cuts and scrapes is advised. Any serious injuries will require outside assistance.

- Transport. Transport to the location is up to the individual candidates. It is advised to check the parking restrictions prior to arrival.

Refunds - Refunds will be in the form of a GBF voucher for future events. Refunds within 30 days of an event will not be possible.
